About the Founder

Tshikashi (Kashi) Moore-Stallworth is an accomplished, results-driven, and progressive Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience driving organizational performance, talent development, and culture transformation. As the former Senior Vice President of People at a large scale Credit Union, she strategically led employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives, partnering with executives to build a high-performance, inclusive workforce aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.

Kashi is an equity-centered, emotionally intelligent, and innovative leader, recognized for her courageous leadership in guiding complex organizational initiatives with the highest standards of ethics, accountability, and compassion. She has designed and implemented programs spanning leadership assimilation, performance management, and strategic retention planning that increased morale, engagement, and productivity across diverse teams.

 

Building on her decades of experience, Kashi founded Luminary HR Consulting, a strategic advisory firm providing executive coaching, conflict resolution, talent management, HR compliance guidance, and customized training solutions. Through her consulting work, she partners with executives and leadership teams to develop people strategies that foster high-performing cultures, advance equity and inclusion, and drive sustainable organizational growth.
